Sidewalk Construction on Jalan RS Fatmawati Raya Completed

The Cilandak Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit, South Jakarta has completed the construction of sidewalks on Jalan RS Fatmawati Raya, Cilandak Barat Urban Village.

Cilandak Sub-district Bina Marga Executing Unit Head, Nelson said the sidewalk is built to follow up to regional planning.

"Before building the sidewalk, we made over the existing channels and buildings that violated the rules," he expressed, Friday (7/5).

He explained the work that has been ongoing since Monday (7/1) involved eight personnel and supporting tools. It was aimed to create a sense of safety and comfort for pedestrians, as well as improve the aesthetics of the area.

The work received appreciation from one of the residents Fernanda (36).

"Getting off the public transport at Jalan TB Simatupang and crossing to Jalan RS Fatmawati Raya is good on the sidewalk, safer and more comfortable," he stated.
